Political & Investigative Reporter

About Me
I'm a reporter and graduate student at NYU's Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute in the Magazine & Digital Storytelling program. I write about politics and the progressive left in New York City. At NYU, I've concentrated on investigative reporting and data journalism techniques to build a career in political and accountability journalism. My work has appeared in Our Town, Bedford & Bowery, Pavement Pieces, and The Georgetown Hoya.
I've also published several original articles on this site, including my coverage of the New York 2020 Democratic primary elections. Please click on the Blog tab to read more.
Before moving to New York, I was a paralegal supporting the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section. I worked in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit where I discovered a passion for anti-corruption and holding truth to power.
I am a first generation alumna of Georgetown University. I'm originally from Nevada City, California - it's okay if you've never heard of it.
